a lacklustre performance by the boys last friday saw the team slumped to their first defeat in 6 months against a very well organized team. The 4 goal margin clearly reflected the total dominance Fake Madrid had over X-S.

In a game where chances were far and few for X-S, it was Daniel who first had a crack at goal. However, his shot from outside the penalty area was well wide of the target. Fake Madrid started controlling the midfield, with Alam and Bul doin most of the hardwork. And it paid off early in the first half, when after a poor clearance by the X-S back four, Alam tried a delicate lob over the keeper Ram to make the score 1-0. Soon the scoreline was doubled, when Lan ran through the right flank and evaded 2 defenders before crossing it into e penalty area. Apek had the easiest of goal, tapping the ball into an empty net. An injury picked up by captain Yasin forced Nuri to make a late entry in the first half and he was rewarded instantly when he found himself one on one with the keeper. However, as funny as it sounds, he tripped n fell. Poor guy.

X-S sorely missed several key players for this game, particularly Nizar and the Yongs. But the halftime talk and a change in tactics saw a rejuvenated X-S team. This time, Jasdeep, who was blamed for the 2nd goal, was slotted into the defensive midfield role. Yasin was then shifted to the right of midfield while Shahrul was put back to his orthodox role in left back position. A comeback now looked promising.

the first chance of the 2nd half fell to Huda when he found himself with only the goalie to beat. But his finishing let him down, screwing the ball wide of the mark. that proved to be the only real chance X-S would had for the last 45 mins. With no substitutes on the bench, the players were forced to play the entire 45 mins, with many still not up to match fitness after completing their A level. And not long after Huda's miss, Fake Madrid came up with a 3rd goal, this time by Abu after a brilliant showcase of skills by Azri down the left flank beating several players before laying the ball to Abu. With 2 defenders in front of him, Abu reacted the fastest, sliding for the ball and guiding it to net, leaving the keeper stranded. That proved to be the decisive goal as X-S lost their will to fight in this game. Coupled with the constant offside called against them, the team was left in disarray. Boon Leng saw his shot blocked and Long's pot shots at goal were constantly closed down by the defenders. With few minutes left Elfie made it 4-0 with a simple tap in after he beat the last defender to place the ball at the bottom corner of the match.

The defeat meant that each and every player from X-S would have to pay $8 and the team would have to regroup and find out the reason for this heavy defeat. New signings have to be made to replace those already in NS and the presence of key and also reserve players are badly needed by the team.

Till the next team report, this is me..with better english..admit it
